The Bahrain Society of Engineers has honoured Dr Abdul Latif bin Jassim Kanoo with the Lifetime Achievement in Engineering Award in recognition of his pioneering contributions as one of the society’s founders and its first president, and for his role in advancing engineering and housing development in Bahrain.
The award was presented during the Bahraini Engineer’s Day celebration, held under the theme “With Our Bahraini Identity, We Build the Cities of the Future” at the society’s headquarters in Juffair .
