The Education Ministry has referred the management of a kindergarten to the Public Prosecution for holding an opening ceremony despite being unlicensed and having been previously warned for failing to meet the licensing requirements.
The ministry explained that among the main standards the kindergarten failed to meet were the completion of required recruitment of educational and administrative staff, adherence to the approved age group for admission, fulfillment of the requirements for issuing the final technical report, and renewal of its licence, which expired last year .
