FIFTY-TWO expatriates have been deported from Bahrain over the past week as part of a major campaign aimed at cracking down on undocumented workers.
According to a Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) statement yesterday, a total of 1,899 inspection visits and 28 joint campaigns were conducted from November 2 to 8, resulting in the identification of 17 irregular workers .
