The Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) has launched a Virtual Customer Service Centre as part of its efforts to expand digital services and simplify procedures.
The new centre enables customers to complete all transactions electronically and to book video appointments through the national appointments system ‘Mawaeed’ without visiting SLRB offices.
Resources and Information Systems director general Diana Sarhan said the initiative supports government efforts to advance digital transformation and improve service delivery.
She noted that the video service is designed to provide faster and more efficient support, including responding to enquiries, offering technical guidance on system use, co-ordinating with relevant departments on applications, and receiving feedback.
Customers can access the video appointment service through the national appointments system.
Additional information is available on SLRB’s website under the Help Centre section.
The service is available during official working hours, from 7.30am to 2pm.
