The Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) has launched a Virtual Customer Service Centre as part of its efforts to expand digital services and simplify procedures.
The new centre enables customers to complete all transactions electronically and to book video appointments through the national appointments system ‘Mawaeed’ without visiting SLRB offices .
