he United Arab Emirates affirmed that it has not taken any decision to change its defensive posture in response to the repeated Iranian attacks, adding that the country has been subjected to more than one thousand attacks, a number exceeding the total faced by all other targeted countries combined, all of which were intercepted by the Armed Forces with professionalism, efficiency, and distinction.
The UAE also affirmed that it has not participated in the war and has not permitted the use of its territory, territorial waters, or airspace in any attack on Iran, in line with its policies based on good neighbourliness and de-escalation, and in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations.
In this context, the UAE affirmed its retention of the right to self-defence, as guaranteed by international law and the Charter of the United Nations, stressing the importance of journalistic professionalism and the need to rely on official and credible sources before publishing or circulating inaccurate reports.
