Oil and Environment Minister and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs Dr Mohammed Bin Daina participated in the 115th ministerial council meeting of the Organisation of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC), held in Kuwait.
Commending the role of the organisation in enhancing economic activities and programmes, Dr Bin Daina said, “These aim to unify efforts to secure energy and create suitable conditions to promote investment in the development of the energy and petroleum sectors in Arab countries .
