National Security Adviser, Royal Guard Commander and Secretary General of the Supreme Defence Council Lieutenant General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa yesterday opened the second edition of the National Defence and Security Forum.The event was attended by Commander of the Royal Guard’s Special Operations Colonel Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and with the participation of Shaikh Khalid bin Ali bin Jaber Al Khalifa, Deputy National Security Adviser, Deputy Secretary General of the Supreme Defence Council; British Ambassador Alistair Long; US Ambassador Stephanie Hallett; Vice Admiral Curt Renshaw, Commander of the United States Naval Forces Central Command and Fifth Fleet Commander; and national leaders and experts in the military and security domains .
