The Director of Television at the Ministry of Information, Abdulrahman Khamis Al Zayani announced the launch of the ‘Loyalty and Unity’ initiative via Bahrain TV. This comes within the framework of highlighting the honourable national stances of the people of the Kingdom in light of the exceptional circumstances Bahrain is experiencing due to the Iranian attacks.
Al Zayani explained that the initiative provides an opportunity for various members of the community and civil society organisations to express their positions supporting the unity of ranks under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and their confidence in the government’s measures led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He emphasised that the initiative stems from the national and media role undertaken by the Ministry of Information in documenting sincere feelings of loyalty and belonging and consolidating the values of national unity and solidarity behind the leadership of His Majesty the King.
Al Zayani noted that the initiative will include the broadcasting of televised messages, statements, and special reports within Bahrain TV’s bulletins and programmes, reflecting the image of national cohesion and embodying the spirit of responsibility shown by the people of the Kingdom in facing challenges.
