Emergency protocols were reviewed during a virtual meeting organised by the Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS) with the heads of its various working committees.
During the session, participants focused on strengthening community outreach and offering specialised guidance in key areas, including psychological first aid, medical first aid, and disaster management.
The meeting also resulted in the development of a clear timeline for the upcoming phase, featuring precise performance indicators to monitor the Society’s progress in serving the community.
These metrics are designed to ensure that the BRCS meets national expectations regarding the preservation of public safety and security for all citizens and residents, said a BRCS statement yesterday.
The meeting was chaired by Society’s secretary general Mubarak Al Hadi, who commended the efforts of the committee heads, volunteers, and the administrative and executive teams.
