Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in Bahrain and a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, has recently conducted field visits to a number of its branches.
Attendees included Solidarity Group Holding chief executive officer Ashraf Bseisu and Solidarity Bahrain CEO Jawad Mohammed, alongside senior representatives and employees.
These visits were carried out as part of Solidarity’s commitment to ensuring the safety of its employees and strengthening direct communication with them, while ensuring continued customer satisfaction with the level of services provided amid the current circumstances.
During the visits, the management reaffirmed that employee safety remains ‘a top priority’, emphasising that its workforce represents the cornerstone of its business continuity and the delivery of high-quality services to customers.
The visits also included reviewing branch readiness and operational performance, in addition to assessing the level of digital services offered within branches, including video insurance services. This reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing customer experience and advancing its digital solutions.
