Muharraq have been crowned back-to-back champions in the Zain Bahrain Basketball League.
Muharraq secured this season’s title with an 89-81 overtime victory over bitter rivals Manama this evening in game four of their best-of-five championship series, which they sealed 3-1.
The contest was played at a packed and rocking Khalifa Sports City Arena in Isa Town.
Muharraq claimed the league crown for the fifth time and completed an historic treble for 2025-26, having also captured the Khalifa bin Salman Cup and the curtain-raising Bahrain Super Cup.
