TENNIS – The Bahrain Tennis Federation (BTF) hosted a workshop for youngsters that focused on mental preparation in tennis.
The course was held at the BTF headquarters in Isa Town and it was attended by BTF president Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Mubarak Al Khalifa and a number of BTF board members, along with players, their parents, and coaches.
The workshop was conducted by international sports lecturer Dr Nabeel Taha, who discussed the importance of being mentally prepared in tennis and ways to enhance focus and psychological discipline – factors that are particularly crucial in the game.
The course was part of the BTF’s programmes aimed at developing players in all aspects. Shaikh Abdulaziz praised the impact of the workshop and its importance for youngsters, and thanked Dr Taha for his participation.
