Deputy King His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa yesterday met with the 11th intake of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme at Gudaibiya Palace.
HRH the Deputy King affirmed that the achievements of the Bahraini workforce across a variety of sectors are a reflection of their competence, sense of diligence, and dedication, making them a cornerstone of the Kingdom’s comprehensive development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad.
HRH Prince Salman noted that Bahrain remains committed to investing in its people, recognising that human capital is its greatest asset.
He highlighted that upskilling and empowering national talent supports Bahrain’s development and enhances the Kingdom’s competitiveness across all sectors.
HRH the Deputy King commended the efforts of the programme’s 11th intake, highlighting the confidence placed in Bahrain’s national workforce, whose competence, creativity, and determination continue to drive forward the kingdom’s future.
He affirmed Bahrain’s commitment to developing its national workforce and creating a supportive environment through schemes that create opportunity across all sectors.
He noted that these efforts contribute to creating the next generation of the kingdom’s professionals who are highly equipped to keep pace with evolving developments and support Bahrain’s development across all sectors.
HRH Prince Salman affirmed that Bahrain has always drawn its strength from its people, who have made competence, dedication, and excellence their guiding principles, while viewing service to the kingdom as both a responsibility and a purpose.
HRH the Deputy King expressed confidence in the determination and capabilities of Bahraini citizens and their ability to continue achieving success and shaping the kingdom’s future.
He noted that graduates of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme represent an outstanding example of Bahrain’s promising national talent and the results of the kingdom’s continued human capital investments.
HRH Prince Salman highlighted that the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme has played a significant role in preparing a highly qualified national workforce and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation across the government sector, supporting the continued development of government performance in line with the vision and directives of His Majesty.

Prime Minister’s Court Minister Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and a number of senior officials also attended the meeting.
