The Capital Governorate Police Directorate has arrested a 39-year-old man, described by the authorities as Asian, following an investigation into allegations that he stole and damaged a company's cables.
A circular has also been issued for the arrest of another suspect wanted in connection with the case.
Legal proceedings have been taken to refer the case to the Public Prosecution.
