Kuwait has announced strict new legislation prohibiting the sale of tobacco and nicotine products to anyone under the age of 21.
The law will take effect on January 1, 2027.
Under the new regulations, vaping in enclosed public spaces will be banned and treated the same as cigarette smoking.
The law also prohibits the sale, display, or trade of these products in nurseries, schools, universities, and other educational institutions across both the public and private sectors.
