Shura Council Chairman Ali Saleh Al Saleh met Yemeni Ambassador Dr Ali Hassan Al Ahmadi.
The Shura chairman highlighted the close relations between Bahrain and Yemen and their continued development across various fields. Mr Al Saleh also commended Yemen’s position and solidarity with Bahrain, as well as its support for all measures taken by the kingdom to counter threats to its security and stability.
Ambassador Al Ahmadi expressed Yemen’s pride in its close relations with Bahrain.
Mr Al Saleh also received Sri Lankan Ambassador Shereen Shanika Dissanayake. He commended the ambassador’s diplomatic efforts to strengthen ties and enhance co-ordination across various domains.
The ambassador expressed pride in the historical ties between Bahrain and Sri Lanka.
