Two employees working for Saudi Arabia Airlines were sentenced to a combined 10 years in prison for over ticket forgery and embezzlement.
The two convicts who worked at the airline branch in the province of Hail issued a total 2419 tickets over the past four years and sold them to customs 45% lower than company fares and shared the money.
The Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution also charged the duo with forging other documents and re-issued tickets using fake numbers.
The court convict the two employees and sentenced them to a combined 10 years in prison and acquitted a third suspect of forgery and embezzlement.
