MANAMA: A new system that can save thousands of paper sheets leading to a more environmentally-friendly business model and reduced costs has been implemented by the Almoayyed International Group (AIG) across its Bahrain operations.
The company said the DocuWare document management solution allows employees and management to administer the creation, approval, distribution, archiving, storing and retrieval of all controlled documents electronically, resulting in reduced document storage costs, improved internal operations and easy administration of information and data.
The solution is integrated with multiple IT systems, including CRM, ERP and can instantly operate anywhere on a computer or mobile device.
The system was commissioned by Almoayyed Commercial Services (ACS), a business automation division of AIG.
The solution is now being offered to ACS clients in the kingdom as part of the group’s initiative to increase efficiency and reduce paper wastage, within a secure and robust environment.
