THE son of international music icon Bob Marley will be performing live in Bahrain for the first time next month. Ky-Mani Marley, the Grammy-nominated Jamaican reggae and Hip-Hop artist will appear on February 8 at Coral Bay.
Organised by Miami Events, the performance will feature the Konfrontation Band as well as DJs Teddy Jam, Riddle and Kofi Wisky. The show will also celebrate the 73rd birthday of Bob Marley.
Ky-Mani recorded his debut album, ‘Like Father Like Son’, in 1996 and singles Judge Not, Who The Cap Fit and Dear Dar which topped the British reggae charts, all of which added to his growing reputation as a master in the new
generation of reggae musicians.
He also released a record in 2000 called the Journey, before releasing his third studio album Many More Roads in 2001.
In 2004, Ky-Mani went on tour and release his fourth studio album Milestone. One of his latest works is the album titled Maestro, which was release in mid-2015.
