ELIAS Boudegzdame defeated Jakub Kowalewicz by submission (triangle choke) in round four to become the first-ever to defend his championship title in the history of Brave Combat Federation.
The championship bout was the main event of Brave 10: The Kingdom Rises held in Amman on Friday night.
In the co-main event, Jarrah Al Selawe and David Bear fought a back and forth battle which would have ended in split decision. However, in the final seconds of the bout, Al Selawe trapped Bear in a triangle choke and won the high octane bout by submission thereby claiming his shot at the welterweight championship at Brave.
Jordan’s rising sensation Abdul Kareem Al Selwady dominated three rounds of action against Charlie Leary in front of a crowd that went wild supporting the hometown hero before winning the lightweight bout by unanimous decision.
Tahar Habdi settled scores with Fakhreddine by winning the welterweight bout by TKO.
Brave 10 was the biggest fight night in the Middle East and North Africa. The event was attended by a packed audience and was supported by concerts and cultural shows featuring Hanan Redha and Hala Al Turk.
The fight night showcased 11 fights including the first ever championship title defence in the history of Brave.

Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa presided over the event alongside president of Brave Mohammed Shahid and other Royal Family members of Kingdom Jordan.
The event was followed by the announcement Brave 11 in Mineirinho Arena at Belo Horizonte, Brazil on April 13.
