When we exercise, we usually ignore areas like the back and armpit, and instead focus on our abs, legs, and buttocks. We compiled a list of exercises that you can do to help in that area. Remember! This is effective only when combined with a healthy diet, so eat healthily and perform these workouts 2 to 3 times a week.
Jump rope
A 2-minute upper body warm-up is always good before you start your workout. Jumping rope is a great way to target your shoulders and back. Just don’t forget to turn the rope only with your wrists.
