The Civil Defence had evacuated a multi-storey building in Gudaibiya as a precaution after a fire broke out in one of the apartments.
The National Ambulance service transported one person to hospital after they suffered from smoke inhalation, said the Interior Ministry.
Investigations are underway to determine the cause of the fire.
