Riyadh - flyadeal, Saudi Arabia’s Everyday Low Fares Airline, celebrated transporting one million Customers on its domestic flights with a surprise ceremony for its one millionth passenger at Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport on 23rd July. A key milestone in flyadeal’s short, ten months history.
A marketing stunt was launched hours before the arrival of the title holder where a group of distinctive individuals from the organizing team roamed the terminal carrying a sign that read ‘Are you the millionth?’ and testing a sparkling lime jacket on random travelers in dynamic search of flyadeal’s one millionth title holder. Upon his arrival he was surprised at the Check-in gate in a way befitting flyadeal’s fun and energetic character and escorted on red carpet all the way to the departure hall where he was greeted by the company’s CEO, Con Korfiatis, Riyadh Airport management team and fellow travellers.
Con Korfiatis, CEO of flyadeal said: “We are not only celebrating our one millionth passenger today, but the million customers whose trust and confidence in flyadeal has allowed us to achieve this promising milestone. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our valued customers for giving us the opportunity to serve and provide them with a high value, low fares travel experience. I would also like to extend our gratitude to the efforts our partners in both the public and private sectors of the aviation industry who have actively supported and contributed to the success of our operations.”
