His Majesty the King’s representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council of Youth and Sports chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa participated in the Bahrain Merida Cycling Team’s training on the occasion of the introduction of the 2019 squad.
Shaikh Nasser praised the capabilities of the team members and predicted a successful year for them.
The drills, held at Bahrain International Circuit, covered a distance of 40km and included many Bahraini cyclists. Shaikh Nasser also held a meeting with the technical team and praised Bahrain Merida’s achievements in a short period.
