Kuwait: An 8- year-old boy, who was accused by his teacher for sexual harassment, has been judged innocent by court of appeal. The public prosecutor reported that the child was harassing his teacher while she was correcting their notebooks. The expat teacher asked for a maximum penalty for the student.
Investigations confirmed that the kid was not aware of his behaviour. According to a report in Alqabas, the mother of the 8-year-old student claimed that her son has bruises on his face, head.
Reportedly, he was beaten for two consecutive day by his teacher that caused pain in his back and shoulder.
