Dammam: The largest container ship in the history of Saudi seaports has arrived in Dammam, in the Eastern province, Saudi Arabia.
MV. COSCO SHIPPING SOLAR docked in the King Abdulla harbour, being run by the Saudi World Ports Company.
COSCO SHIPPING SOLAR is a Container Ship built in 2019 and currently sailing under the flag of Hong Kong.
Having a capacity 21,300 TEU, the giant cargo ship is 400 metres long, 59 metres wide and 16 metres deep.
The Port also has received at the beginning of May a number of the largest container ships including the Chinese international vessel (CSCL Globe).
