Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the largest real estate developers in Bahrain, has announced the launch of its Virtual Technical Interface Office (TIO) services.
This service enables property owners to remotely obtain selected TIO services online, in line with the kingdom’s precautionary and preventive initiatives, to preserve the health of all citizens and residents, while assisting all property owners, to maintain growth, said the Bahraini developer.
Through this TIO, property owners can virtually meet one of Diyar Al Muharraq’s highly experienced TIO engineers, and enjoy a wide variety of the services they offer, such as requesting for villa modifications, reviewing concepts and detailed design applications and more, simply emailing TIO@diyar.bh to book an online session with a TIO engineer.
Commenting on the initiative, CEO Engineer Ahmed Alammadi said: "We are delighted and proud to introduce our TIO services virtually, as the second newly-introduced virtual service offered by Diyar Al Muharraq."
"The health of our customers, employees, and our society as a whole is our utmost priority, in line with that and following the directives of the esteemed government and the national team tirelessly working to contain the situation with minimal losses, we have decided to launch our TIO services, virtually, and within reach to anyone with internet access," remarked Alammadi.
With the introduction of service, Diyar Al Muharraq is committed to supporting its valued partners through its professional team, by simply sending an email request to book a virtual meeting, from 8am to 3pm, five days a week from Sunday to Thursday, he stated.
