A HEATED argument erupted in Parliament yesterday between Education Minister Dr Majid Al Nuaimi and an MP over the Bahrain Training Institute (BTI).
Ammar Qambar accused Dr Al Nuaimi of shortcomings in the ministry and the BTI, and said they were both jinxed .
