Manama defeated Al Bataeh of the UAE 75-62 today to claim their first victory in the 33rd Arab Club Basketball Championship being held in Alexandria, Egypt.
Manama had lost their opening Group D game to Al Gharafa of Qatar on Wednesday and later suffered their second consecutive defeat the next day when they were edged 93-90 by Kuwait Club.
