Bahrain's main business association has appointed an acting chief executive, it has emerged.
Abdulaziz Al Rafaei replaces Nabeel Al Mahmood who was voted out as Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (BCCI) top official at a special meeting last week .
