5,000 passengers have been affected by the cancellation of around 30 flights at London's Heathrow Airport due to technical issues affecting baggage.
The chaos continues after images of a sea of luggage piled-up at the airport went viral on social media last Friday.
Several passengers vented out their frustration on social media after many had to fly without their bags and faced delays at check-in.
Videos captured by travellers showed chaotic scenes of luggage piled together at the arrivals side of Terminal 2.
A Heathrow spokesperson apologised for the disruption and attributed the chaos to "a technical issue with the Terminal 2 baggage system."

Similar images of baggage pile-ups were reported at multiple airports in the UK as strikes and staff shortages are disrupting airport operations, forcing airlines to cancel thousands of flights and causing hours-long queues at most major airports in Europe.
