Lamea Association and Bapco Energies entered a strategic partnership agreement to support the sixth edition of the national Lamea project.
Youth Affairs Minister Rawan Tawfiqi attended the event, where the agreement was signed by Lamea Association chairperson Shaikha Dwa bint Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, and, Bapco Energies Group CEO Mark Thomas.
The minister said the national Lamea project has established itself as a national platform for developing young Bahraini talent, supported by His Majesty King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
Ms Tawfiqi said the strategic partnership with Bapco Energies would expand opportunities for Bahraini youth to learn, gain experience and develop professionally, enhancing their future readiness and contribution to national development.
Lamea Association Chairperson said the partnership, now in its fourth consecutive year, reflects co-operation between sectors in empowering Bahraini youth and developing their capabilities.
She said the sixth edition would continue efforts to enhance the project’s developmental impact and invest in young people as future leaders.
Thomas affirmed that Bapco Energies’ continued partnership with the Lamea Association reflects the group’s commitment to investing in promising Bahraini talent and developing leadership and innovation skills.
He noted that the project has demonstrated its ability to identify and prepare Bahraini talent over previous editions.
The agreement marks Bapco Energies’ fourth consecutive year as a strategic partner of the project, supporting the development of young Bahraini talent and the preparation of future leaders.
