Most work ban cheats are flexi-visa holders
Most of the time it’s the employers’ fault not the labourers’ as employers are forcing the labourers to work. Don’t blame the weak humans.

Happens all over the world. My experience in the US is that anti-immigration people there complain constantly about undocumented foreign workers. Yet most, if not all, of the companies and people who employ undocumented workers are the same ones who complain about undocumented workers being in the country.
The employers know that the government will not punish them if by very small chance they are caught employing undocumented workers. Instead, the government imprisons and deports the workers. Meanwhile, the illegal employers get more profit by underpaying the workers and not providing safe working conditions.

The number of undocumented workers in Bahrain has decreased significantly. It hasn’t disappeared but the number has dropped due to the fact the workers can be their own sponsors. Employers employing undocumented workers face a hefty fine if they violate the laws.
Flexi-visa holders are their own employers and bosses.

Don’t put the blame on the flexi workers; you should in fact thank them because they are willing to do the work! Blame those who allow them to work at that time! No one will just go and start working! There’s always someone above giving the orders! Pathetic!
