HIS Majesty King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa praised the efforts of the King, the Honorary President of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), to help brotherly and friendly countries across the world.
He said the royal humanitarian initiatives reflect Bahrain’s endeavour to boost international solidarity.
He pointed out the great support accorded to the Royal Humanitarian Foundation by the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Shaikh Nasser affirmed Bahrain’s support to the Afghan people in their humanitarian crisis, wishing Afghanistan peace and prosperity and its people security and stability.
This came on the occasion of a visit by a delegation from the RHF, led by its secretary general Dr Mustafa Al Sayed to the Afghan capital Kabul to deliver relief aid to the people affected by the earthquake.
