LIGHT and moderate easterly winds are contributing to a rise in temperature during the day and increased humidity during the night in Bahrain, according to weathermen.
The pattern is expected to continue over the next few days.
The Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry said yesterday the easterly winds approaching the Arabian Gulf were loaded with moisture in the central and upper layers, as a result of which it might become cloudy at times today, with a small chance of scattered rains.
According to the forecast, the maximum temperature from today to Friday was expected to be 42°C while the maximum humidity has been pegged at 85 per cent.
