MANAMA: Solidarity Bahrain has been named the ‘Most Innovative Digital Transformation Company in Bahrain’ by the World Economic Magazine Awards 2022.
The award is a recognition of the company’s efforts in adopting a comprehensive and innovative digital transformation strategy.
Solidarity was selected for its ongoing pursuit of leadership and innovation in digital transformation, while adopting to the latest digital technologies in the field of insurance ‘insurtech’ to elevate customers’ experience and provide innovative solutions.
The company has emerged as a leading innovator through the launch of various new products and services including the mobile app, WhatsApp chatbot service backed by artificial intelligence (AI), and video insurance service.
All these achievements have contributed to a 70 per cent increase in Solidarity’s digital transactions for retail services in 2021.
