The Childcare Home Centre, which provides support for orphans and children from dysfunctional families, received a donation from the Gulf Hotels Group.
The Gudaibiya-based facility offers care, clothing, medical treatment and education to the youngsters.
The cheque was handed over to the centre’s vice-chairman Dr Akbar Mohammed by Gulf Hotels Group chief executive Garfield Jones.
