The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has launched a limited-time offer, ‘Transfer your Mortgage Finance’ which gives customers the opportunity to benefit from different product features and exclusive offering by transferring their financing to the bank.
The exclusive offer will be available until March 31, 2024, and will provide customers with a special interest rate in addition to a grace period of up to 6 months.
Customers will also benefit from free fire insurance, no processing fees, flexibility to pay land registration fee through installments and a fast approval process.
Commenting, NBB’s retail banking chief executive Subah Al Zayani said: “We are pleased to provide exclusive offering on our mortgage finance solutions to enable customers to easily shift their mortgage financing to the bank, ensuring a competitive offering and a seamless transition for transferring their mortgages to NBB.”
