A sushi exhibition has been lined up to open this weekend as part of the ongoing Spring of Culture Festival.
The Japanese Embassy, supported by the Japan Foundation and in co-operation with Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, will host the exhibition which will feature not only the mastery of sushi craftsmanship but also highlight where each sushi dish originated. It’s open to the public from Thursday to February 29 at the Art Centre, in Manama. Entry is free.
