A sushi exhibition has been lined up to open this weekend as part of the ongoing Spring of Culture Festival.
The Japanese Embassy, supported by the Japan Foundation and in co-operation with Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, will host the exhibition which will feature not only the mastery of sushi craftsmanship but also highlight where each sushi dish originated .
