The Press conference and media test drive unfolded at the Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain resort, attracting VIP guests, including Chinese Ambassador Ni Ruchi, YKA Group chairman Farouk Almoayyed and local and regional Zeekr executives.
In the GCC countries, Zeekr has introduced a premium range of EVs, featuring the Guinness World Records-holding Zeekr 001 and the stylish urban SUV, Zeekr X.
The brand is committed to spearheading innovation in the automobile industry, leveraging in-house research and development (R&D) capabilities for rapid product development, high energy density and safety.
The Zeekr design centre, based in Gothenburg, Sweden is instrumental in crafting the brand’s unique aesthetic under the leadership of deputy senior vice-president for design Stefan Sielaff.
YKA chief executive Alok Gupta shared his excitement.
