Riyadh: Saudi customs officers foiled an attempt to smuggle a 'foreign woman' via the King Fahad Causeway.
Customs officers discovered the abaya-clad woman hiding under the backseat of the car.
Causeway customs director-general Dhaifallah Al-Otaibi said that the driver was attempting to smuggle the woman into Saudi Arabia. The duo were transferred to the security authorities.
