The Tender Board opened yesterday bids for 14 government tenders, including one for the development of 69 housing units at Madinat Salman Island 14 Project under the Government Land Development Programme.
The successful bidder will be responsible for designing, financing and constructing the 69 housing units and connecting them to the existing infrastructure .
