MHD Consumer Bahrain, a subsidiary of Oman-based Mohsin Haider Darwish (MHD-ITICS), has entered the Bahrain market through a new partnership with electronics retailer Sharaf DG Bahrain.
The agreement, signed at Sharaf DG’s Manama headquarters, establishes a collaboration that aims to deliver consumer products and enhance the retail experience across the country.
“This partnership reflects our ambition to grow in key markets and provide valuable solutions to consumers,” said MHD-ITICS’s consumer products division director Gokul Praveen.
Sharaf DG Bahrain country manager Faisal Khan said the partnership aligns with his company’s vision to deliver “world-class products” to its customers.
The agreement was signed by Mr Khan and MHD-ITICS Bahrain country head Ali Mohammad Akbar Khan, with a cake-cutting ceremony held to mark the occasion.
