Bahrain's three municipal councils and the Capital Trustees Board officially resume work today following a two-month summer recess, entering their final term before next year’s elections and appointment of new members.
The chairmen pledged to intensify efforts on infrastructure, housing, heritage restoration, environmental initiatives and community services, while also preparing a strategic foundation for the next elected representatives .
