The Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Ministry signed an agreement with the GCC Accreditation Centre to enhance co-operation in halal product regulation, exchange technical expertise, and co-ordinate efforts to ensure the efficiency of certification and labelling bodies, as well as to support the halal infrastructure in Bahrain.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Minister Wael Al Mubarak, Under-Secretary for Agriculture and Animal Wealth Affairs Asim Abdulla and GCC Accreditation Centre director-general Moteb Al Mezani .
