The Civil Service Bureau (CSB), in co-operation with the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), launched a new update to the “Government Employee” app.
The update introduces a service that enables civil servants to view detailed performance evaluation results for the past three years, in recognition of its significance for supporting digital transformation efforts, enhancing transparency and motivating employees to improve their performance .
