Bahrain International Travel (BIT) organised its first staff offsite programme in Georgia recently. Sixteen team members participated in the three-day programme, which included cultural exploration, sightseeing and team-building activities. General manager Charan Deep Singh described the initiative as a milestone in boosting employee morale and motivation. He expressed gratitude to the top management of BIT for their support in making the event possible, noting that such initiatives reflected the company’s strong people-first values.
