Twenty-two young Bahrainis have completed the second edition of the Intelaqah (Arabic: launch) programme conducted by the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), in co-operation with the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA). The closing ceremony for the two-month-long programme was attended by BIPA director-general Dr Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa and RHF secretary-general Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa .
