BASKETBALL – SKYLINERS 3x3 basketball team from Germany will be holding a training camp in the kingdom from Saturday to October 24 as part of their preparations for upcoming events on the Fiba 3x3 World Tour.
This was announced yesterday by the Bahrain Basketball Association (BBA), who said that Skyliners chose Bahrain because of its strong reputation in the region, having successfully established itself on the international basketball map.
The German team’s management confirmed that the choice of the kingdom stemmed from its world-class sporting facilities and professional organisation, as well as its ideal location, which makes it a preferred training base for teams participating in Masters and Challenger competitions on the Fiba 3x3 World Tour.
Skyliners are one of the elite teams in the premier street basketball competition.
