National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) chief executive officer Dr Ahmed Al Ansari took part in the 16th Bosphorus Summit in Istanbul.
He outlined Bahrain’s progress in enhancing healthcare quality and highlighted the NHRA’s “Thiqa” programme, which standardises performance indicators and monitors service quality to strengthen patient safety and public confidence.
Dr Al Ansari said the authority’s efforts support Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030 by promoting a transparent, accountable, and high-quality healthcare system.
